Tailgater of the Month Official Winners

November Winner: This months winner is Barry Foreman and his wife Gloria of Mount Joy, PA.  A big Congrats and Thank You to the Formans for their winning submission.

Mr. Foreman Writes:

"We were recently tailgating at the Penn State – Maryland football game at University Park, PA, home of the “Nittany Lions”! I am an alumni of PSU and love to go back for football games. My wife and I are season ticket holders and try to attend every home game. We invite friends, family and old classmates to stop by for munchies and beverages if they are in town for the game. Since we upgraded to a bunk model, we have had the pleasure of bringing along 2 different grandchildren for 3 different games this season.

The one picture shows 3 Tiffin’s side by side tailgating before the game. We have gotten to know these parking neighbors with our common Tiffin and PSU bond. We visit with them every game. Our 2014 Tiffin Allegro 35QBA is in the middle. The one picture highlights our Allegro tailgate. We have the PSU windsock blowing in the breeze with all the other PSU tailgate furniture ready for action. We have the outdoor TV ready to watch any football game before we head to the stadium. When this picture was taken, we had just finished setting up before our guests arrived. Please note the stuffed animal in the windshield. This is our personal Nittany Lion and he goes everywhere the Allegro goes. He is always “on guard” wherever we park or camp.

Tailgating in our Allegro has been a super experience. We have all the luxuries of home! It doesn’t matter if it is hot, cold, sunny, cloudy, rainy or snowy, we can enjoy tailgating without worrying about the environment. Since buying our Allegro, I am now noticing all the Tiffin’s that tailgate at Penn State. I did not pay attention with my previous motorhome. The Penn Stater’s truly understand the Tiffin quality!

October Winner: Congratulations go to Danny Eggebrecht and family. They are the winners of the “Tailgater of the Month” for October.

Danny Writes:

“My wife Nikki, myself Danny, our daughter Madison and her best friend Hailey had the pleasure of tailgating in Tallahassee for the FSU vs Wake Forest game. We are lucky enough to be able to do it on our 2005 Allegro Bus. Nikki and I have many FSU tailgates under our belts both being Alumni but this one was particularly special for us. It is the first game we were able to take Madison with us and she wanted her best friend Hailey with her. We all had a great time. The girls came up with the idea to sell bottles of water in the hot sun to raise some money for a souvenir. We had the chance to visit with some great friends from our days at FSU.
We worked on the FSU chants and songs a week in advance. The girls cheered loud and enjoyed the entire game. We try to use our Allegro Bus as much as we can and cherish the time spent in it. We can't wait for our next adventure.”

September Winner: We want to recognize Robert Pfeil, Sr. who was our first Tailgating winner. Congratulations Mr. Pfeil!

Mr. Pfeil tells us he held a tailgate party prior to a St. Louis Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. The main purpose was for “Military Appreciation Day.” Mr. Pfeil helped to serve 1200 meals consisting of hot dogs, pulled pork, chips, and cookies. We want to thank Mr. Pfeil for his dedication to our armed forces and using his Tiffin Motorhome to do great things for others.
